Payment: A prepayment of 50% of the total commission cost is required before the commencement of the artwork.

Sending of the commission: The finished commission will be securely sent through a shared drive or emai

PSD File Option: If you wish to receive the PSD (Photoshop) file along with the final artwork, an additional fee of 20% will be applied to the total cost.

Revisions: Two free revisions are included in the commission.

Delivery Time: The delivery date specified at the time of the commission may be extended by one day for each revision made. If you want an Express Delivery (48h or less) cost 30 of the total price.

File Format and Resolution: The commissioned artwork will be provided in a .PNG format with a resolution of 300 DPI or 1080p, ensuring high-quality output. Ultra high-quality like 600dpi or 4k cost an additional of 20%.

Content Restrictions: Artistic content should adhere to community guidelines. No furry or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) themes will be accepted. My art cannot be used to train AI or make NFTs.

Preview and Final Payment: Upon completion of the commission, a preview of the artwork will be sent. Once the client approves the result, the complete file will be delivered after receiving the final payment.

Refund Policy: Refunds of the initial deposit are not accepted once work has started. You are only free to not pay the second and final payment.

Portfolio: I retain the right to use the artwork made for my portfolios to promote myself. If the client doesn't ´t want that his commission be there, please tell me before I start the work.

Personal and Commercial use: The client is free to use their commission for personal use. Commercial use (merchandising, prints, comic, book covers, book illustrations and advertisements) costs an addition of 100% of the base price. Video Thumbnails and assets for indie games have a free commercial use.

Contact: Communication will be only through social medias like Discord, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or Reddit.

Multiple characters: Extra characters in a single artwork cost an additional 60% of the base price for each additional character. However, if each character is also going to be included in a different artwork, each one will cost the full price.
